The Grand County Association of REALTORS® and the Grand County MLS have multiple membership options. Choose the membership type that best fits your needs. Applications can be submitted online below.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Primary REALTORS® pay local, state and national dues through this Board and considers GCAR their primary Association of REALTORS®. Primary REALTORS® gain access to the MLS and the SentriLock lockbox system (optional). CLICK HERE TO APPLY Prorated annual dues are based on the month you join. See chart at the bottom of this page.
Secondary REALTOR® members receive the same rights and privileges of Primary REALTORS®, but holds primary REALTOR® Membership with another REALTOR® Association. CLICK HERE TO APPLY Prorated annual dues are based on the month you join. See chart at the bottom of this page.
*Secondary REALTOR® membership does NOT automatically include MLS access.
*Managing/Employing Brokers who have at least one Primary REALTOR® with the Grand County Association of REALTORS® must join as a Secondary REALTOR®. HERE TO APPLY
MLS Only Participant/Subscribers are Colorado real estate licensees and REALTORS® of other associations who want to participate on the Grand County REALTORS® MLS. Your office and employing/managing broker must be established with the MLS. See yellow box below. REALTORS® of other associations who want to participate with the MLS do not have to join as REALTORS® with GCAR.
For all applications, if the office is not available from the list, that office is not currently a member of GCAR. Only the employing broker or appraiser of record with DORA can create a new office. Any new office application completed by anyone other than the broker or appraiser of record will not be processed. All applications are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Affiliate Business Partners are professional services and businesses that provide services to REALTORS® or to their clients. Often Affiliate Business Partners join GCAR to access the REALTORS® through sponsorships, education, and events. Appraisers can gain access to the MLS through our Affiliate Membership. Unlicensed Assistant/Admin are eligible for membership to gain access to aid existing GCAR MLS Subscribers and needs access to the MLS to assist. Licensed assistants and/or transaction coordinators must be a REALTOR® and should only apply for MLS Only Subscriber membership. CLICK HERE TO APPLY as an Unlicensed Assistant/Admin.
