Homebuyer Programs & Classes
Colorado Housing and Finance Authority(CHFA) offers home buyer education classes at little or no cost to the the general public. CHFA also offers Down Payment Assistance programs and grants.

Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership was created by a ballot initiative in 2022 to address the shortage of affordable long-term rental and homeownership opportunities in East Grand. File a Complaint
REALTORS® are different from other real estate licensees in that they voluntarily pledge to abide by a strict code of professional conduct above and beyond the licensing laws of the state. If you feel like any part of the Code of Ethics has been violated by a REALTOR®, you are entitled to file a complaint. The REALTORS® Code of Ethics is comprised of seventeen Articles.
