Code of Ethics and Fair Housing Training

REALTOR® members must complete qualifying Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training during the applicable NAR cycle. The current cycle runs January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.

Forms, Office Changes, Waivers & Data Requests

Office Transfer or Office Change

Use the Office Transfer Form when moving to another brokerage or changing the office connected with your GCAR membership or MLS subscription.

Listings will be transferred only with written authorization from the previous office’s Broker of Record. Email the authorization to info@grandcountyassociation.realtor and include each listing ID.

Establish a New Office

Only the Broker of Record shown for the firm by the Colorado Division of Real Estate may establish an office with GCAR or the Grand County MLS. The office name must appear exactly as it does in Division of Real Estate records.

A member becoming an independent broker should complete both the New Office Application and the Office Transfer Form. When the New Office application fee applies, a separate office transfer fee is not also charged.

MLS Waiver and Exemption Forms

Review the current Grand County MLS Rules and Regulations before using a waiver or exemption. Submit completed forms and required supporting documents to info@grandcountyassociation.realtor.

Office Exclusive Waiver

For a seller-directed listing that will not be marketed through the MLS or outside the listing firm.

MLS Data and IDX Requests

MLS Participants may authorize certain data uses subject to the applicable MLS agreements, policies, and fees. Website vendors should review the vendor instructions before requesting a feed.

In FlexMLS, select Help > FlexMLS Help and search for “IDX” to review subscriber-facing options.

GCAR, CAR, NAR & Resort Alliance REALTOR® Benefits

Primary and Secondary REALTOR® members receive GCAR REALTOR® benefits. Primary members also receive state and national membership through CAR and NAR; Secondary members access state and national benefits through the association where those dues are paid. GCAR also pays the annual Resort Alliance participation fee for all GCAR Primary REALTOR® members and for Secondary REALTOR® members who are not already Primary members of another Resort Alliance member association.
