OFFICE TRANSFER/CHANGE

Have you moved to a new office?

Complete the OFFICE TRANSFER FORM. Listings that are transferring with your office change will only be completed with written authorization from the previous office’s employing broker. Authorization can be emailed to info@grandcountyassociation.realtor and should include the listing ID.

Have you changed your license status to Independent?

Congrats for striking out on your own! You will need to establish a new office with GCAR, please complete the NEW OFFICE application to get started! If an office name has not been registered with DORA and appears on your individual license, your new office should be named “Your First Name and Last Name, Indp Broker”. Learn how to register your business name with DORA here: https://dre.colorado.gov/broker-applications-documents-and-fees Please also complete the office transfer form HERE, since there is a one-time application fee to establish a new office, there will not also be a one-time transfer fee.

Are you the Employing/Managing Broker and need to establish an office with GCAR?

Only the Employing/Managing Broker of record on the DORA – Division of Real Estate license system is able to establish a new office. Please visit the NEW OFFICE application to begin!

Office Exclusive Listing

Office Exclusive Listings are listings that the seller has requested no marketing in the MLS or outside of the firm taking the listing. The waiver must be submitted to info@grandcountyassociation.realtor with a copy of the listing clearly indicating the intention of the seller. DOWNLOAD THE OFFICE EXCLUSIVE WAIVER

Commercial Property Exemption

Commercial property is a required property type in the GCAR MLS. Should a seller direct you to withhold the listing from the MLS, COMPLETE THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY EXEMPTION FORM and submit to the MLS by email to info@grandcountyassociation.realtor.

Developer Property Exemption

Developers do not have to enter all properties available in a development, but must enter at least one representative property into the MLS for new construction developments. DOWNLOAD THE DEVELOPER EXEMPTION FORM and submit to info@grandcountyassociation.realtor to notify the MLS.

REQUEST FOR MLS DATA

IDX policy gives MLS participants the ability to authorize limited electronic display of their listings by other participants. MLSs are required to promptly provide basic downloading of certain listing information.
